The Mutual Mentoring Report evaluates the success of a short 4-week pilot mentoring programme involving 11 pairs of mentors – each made up of a prison leaver and a corporate mentor from Deloitte.

The opportunities available to prison leavers re often very narrow creating disengagement among newly released men within the job market. A mutual mentoring pilot programme therefore acts as a fantastic service in which prison leavers can gain confidence in the job market and become connected with corporate contacts.
