Job Vacancy – Community Support Workers
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Trailblazers Mentoring team. The organisation is looking to recruit two Community Support Workers (one supporting our London Projects, the other in the Midlands). The Community Support Workers will play a proactive role in supporting mentees as they prepare for released from prison and providing practical assistance to help mentees re-integrate back to their community.
We are looking for forward thinking candidates will a high level of motivation who have experience of working with challenging, hard to engage and disaffected groups. A keen insight into the support needs of those who have experienced prison and the challenges they face returning to the community is required for these roles. Please note for the West Midlands role use of a car is essential.
